We are seeking a Full-Time Carpet Cleaning Assistant for our Ypsilanti, MI office.

Summary:

Responsible for carpet technician cleaning carpet for residential and commercial locations.

Available shift:

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - completion of jobs. (hours vary based on workload) On-Call 2 weeks per month for emergency calls.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour

Essential Job Functions:

Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors Driving company van Clean and disinfect equipment Use truck mounted and portable carpet extraction equipment Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces Collect payment from residents Identify and report possible repairs Adhere to on-call policy. Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures Performs other related duties as assigned

Ability to work well under minimal supervision Ability to take direction Strong attention to detail Professionalism Knowledgeable about carpet cleaning procedures
