Your role includes general housekeeping, supporting technicians and advisors with supplies or errands, and handling miscellaneous tasks as needed to ensure smooth service workflow.
Requirements:
Perform regular cleaning of service bays, shop floors, and technician work areas. Empty shop trash bins and dispose of fluids and parts according to safety procedures. Restock and organize shop supplies, such as oil, washer fluid, and towels. Assist with transporting tools, equipment, or parts within the service department. Support technicians or service advisors with errands or general labor as needed. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Comply with dealership safety and training protocols. Follow all employee handbook policies and procedures. Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and shop presentation. Ability to take initiative and complete unsupervised tasks efficiently. Willingness to handle physically demanding tasks. Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented attitude. Ability to manage multiple small tasks and prioritize effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes dirty or noisy environment. Positive, respectful behavior with coworkers and supervisors.
