$800-$1,700/week based on 40-50 hours
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00

We are an established, professional exterior cleaning company specializing in window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, and other exterior services. We are looking for a true field leader who can take ownership of a job, lead a crew, make decisions in the field, and keep work moving without constant supervision. What's In It For You $800-$1,700/week based on 40-50 hours Bonuses, tips, and performance incentives Consistent full-time schedule Opportunity for long-term growth Supportive, team-focused company culture Holiday lighting work is seasonal, typically October to December You will be trusted to lead people, communicate with customers, operate and maintain equipment, solve problems, and ensure every job is completed safely and to our standards. What You'll Do Lead and direct a field crew throughout daily jobs Assign tasks, keep the crew on schedule, and ensure quality work Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, and other exterior services Communicate with customers and provide job updates Make independent decisions and solve problems in the field Troubleshoot and maintain equipment, vehicles, and tools Prioritize safety, including ladder and roof safety Document completed work and communicate job details to the office What You'll Need Previous experience leading, supervising, or directing a crew or team Hands-on experience safely working from 30-40 ft ladders and on residential roofs Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot equipment Valid driver's license with clean driving record Comfortable using a mobile phone for scheduling and communication Strong communication, accountability, and attention to detail Ability to delegate tasks and work independently Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, roofing, painting, landscaping, construction, or another outdoor trade is strongly preferred Ready to Lead?
