Work Schedule:

This role is anticipated to be approximately 4 days each week and you choose the days that you want to work, with most shifts taking place on weekdays during traditional business hours. They don't work overnights at our company and any out of town travel is company paid with hotels, meals, and a team who looks forward to it. They can choose the days they work; just mark themselves unavailable if they dont want to work a day. Mainly daytime, weekday shifts.

Our organization is a woman-owned company serving communities across Minnesota by helping people reclaim their spaces during overwhelming life moments. Our work often supports individuals facing hoarding situations, extreme clutter, or long-neglected environments, with the goal of restoring functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work onsite in homes that need a significant deep clean to reset their space
• Methodically organize to create order from chaos
• Help clients make decisions about what to keep, discard, or store with an incredible amount of patience and kindness
• Ensure spaces are meticulous from a sanitation and cleanliness standpoint when completed
• Many projects take place in crowded and emotionally sensitive spaces, where attention to detail and emotional intelligence matter just as much as physical work.

Qualification & Experience:

• Enjoy cleaning spaces that haven't been cleaned in a significant amount of time
• Are patient, observant, and emotionally steady in sensitive situations
• Experience in paraprofessional support, housekeeping, homemaking, RNA, Direct Support Professional, CNA, PCA, hospice, caregiving is highly preferred, but not required
• Are comfortable with physical work (lifting 40+ lbs, standing, bending)
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Are available during weekday daytime hours, preferably with some kind of consistent schedule
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check

• They will be exposed to narcotics, both legal and otherwise (professionalism)
• Optional out of town travel is company paid with hotels and meals
