This role plays an important part in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and high-end living environment for our residents.

Schedule:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours weekly), Summer OVT Responsibilities include: General cleaning and upkeep of common areas, offices, and community spaces Assisting with apartment turnovers, including cleaning units between residents Manage and Supervise a team of cleaners during turnovers Maintaining cleanliness of hallways, entryways, restrooms, and amenity areas Working with the property management and maintenance teams to uphold property standards

Qualifications:

Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, well-presented spaces Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Dependable, punctual, and professional
