Job Description
Job Summary Ultimate Properties is looking for a dependable Turnover Cleaner to help get rental units ready for incoming tenants in the Duluth area. This is an independent contractor position with flexible scheduling , allowing you to accept cleaning jobs based on your availability. The goal is to make sure each rental is clean, organized, and fully prepared for the next tenant. Responsibilities Clean vacant rental units between tenants, including kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, floors, and windows Thoroughly clean and sanitize baseboards, fixtures, and other areas throughout the unit Remove minor trash, debris, or belongings left behind by previous tenants Check the unit while cleaning and report any damage or maintenance concerns that may need a handyman Requirements Previous experience with residential cleaning, deep cleaning, or rental turnovers Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Flexible availability to take on cleaning jobs as units become vacant Ability to complete cleaning assignments within the required timeframe
