Job Description
Caretaker - Apartment Cleaner The Emery Apartments is currently seeking a part-time Caretaker to become a part of our great team! You will be responsible for cleaning of apartment turns, common areas and grounds. The hours for the position are 15 - 20 per week, and available on weekend as needed. Caretaker Responsibilities Cleaning vacant apartments Cleaning common areas Must be able to lift/push 50 lbs. Other duties as assigned by Community Manager and/or Property Manager Overtime as needed Caretaker Qualifications Experience Required Candidate should be organized, punctual & have great customer service skills Attention to detail is a must Time management a must Complete projects in a timely and efficient manner Follow direction as needed Reliable transportation Able to communicate with management effectively
