Conduct floor care activities including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing surfaces to maintain their appearance and longevity. Follow safety protocols diligently during heavy lifting and manual handling activities to prevent injuries. Ensure all sanitation standards are met in accordance with health regulations and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and supplies are stored properly after use. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and courteously. Skills Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within commercial or residential settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and sanitation standards. Ability to handle chemical agents safely while adhering to safety protocol guidelines.
