Duties Perform thorough cleaning of retail spaces, including floors, aisles, restrooms, and customer service areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies. Conduct detailed floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance. Execute janitorial and custodial duties with precision, including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitation of high-touch surfaces. Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting issues related to facilities maintenance to ensure operational efficiency. Support industrial cleaning projects or commercial cleaning tasks as needed to uphold safety standards across the store. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities and ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are consistently maintained at the highest standards of cleanliness. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or related fields such as facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Prior experience with commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
