We are seeking a cleaning associate to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. The position is within a jail and administration setting. It is essential to be at ease working in such an environment. This position is working Friday evenings from 5:30pm-8:30pm.

Responsibilities include:

empty trash and recycling receptacles and dispose of waste properly sweep and mop floors vacuum office areas dust and wipe hard surfaces cleaning restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning mirrors, sweeping and mopping floors, etc. maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies other basic cleaning as assigned

Skills:

previous experience in cleaning is preferred knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies ability to work independently and follow directions strong time management and attention to detail physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects

Required:

must have an excellent work ethic, dependable, reliable must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time must be able to multitask and prioritize work strong attention to detail and organizational skills
