Duties Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building facades, sidewalks, parking lots, and other outdoor surfaces efficiently and safely. Use ladders and hand tools to access high or hard-to-reach areas for thorough cleaning. Apply industrial cleaning solutions and techniques for heavy-duty exterior maintenance. Perform duct cleaning on outdoor HVAC units or ventilation systems as needed. Maintain and operate various cleaning equipment such as floor buffing machines, pressure washers, and hand tools with precision. Follow strict safety protocols including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, and fire extinguishers during all cleaning activities. Conduct outdoor work in various weather conditions while adhering to safety standards and ensuring high-quality results. Assist with manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of equipment or debris to prevent injury. Ensure all cleaning activities comply with safety regulations related to industrial cleaning and use of fire extinguishers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally during exterior maintenance visits. Qualifications Prior experience in outdoor or industrial cleaning environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to safely operate ladders, pressure washers, hand tools, and other cleaning equipment. Knowledge of safety procedures including PPE use, manual handling techniques, and fire extinguisher operation. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions with a focus on safety and efficiency. Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and extended periods of outdoor work. Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
