What they do

A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required Experience and/or
Training:
Customer service, hospitality, property management, maintenance, or related experience preferred
Licenses/Certificates:
Valid Driver's License preferred
Technology/Equipment:
Ability to use computers, smartphones, property management software, and basic hand tools
Other Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs., work indoors and outdoors, and work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. Background check and drug test required.
MentalPhysical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, lift and move materials, and work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions. Must be able to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with residents and team members, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Working Environment:
Combination of office, residential, amenity, and outdoor environments. Frequent interaction with residents, guests, vendors, and team members. Work may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, cleaning supplies, maintenance equipment, and pet-friendly environments.

up to $26.00 per hour + Bonus Opportunity of up to 10%
