Supervises, evaluates, monitors and assigns work to custodians and other staff engaged in the maintenance, repair or care of facilities and grounds. Performs maintenance duties Provides support and coordination of facility usage Keeps accurate records for safety and efficiency Performs cleaning duties and maintains supplies as necessary.
