Head Custodian, Middle School Moorhead School District 152 - 3.0 Moorhead, MN Job Details Full-time $26.21 - $30.34 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Boiler operation Full Job Description Performs both building and ground maintenance to ensure safe and pleasant appearance of building and grounds, as well as the supervision of property services staff engaged in the maintenance, repair and operation of the assigned facilities and grounds. Supervises, evaluates, monitors and assigns work to custodians and other staff engaged in the maintenance, repair or care of facilities and grounds. Performs maintenance duties Provides support and coordination of facility usage Keeps accurate records for safety and efficiency Performs cleaning duties and maintains supplies as necessary.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma and/or equivalent and at least five years experience in boiler operations; and/or any satisfactory combination of education/experience/training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above described duties. Boiler license appropriate to the building and/or the ability to obtain licensure within one year (First Class).

Preferred Qualifications :

Up to one year of specialized or technical training in building trades and maintenance. Three to five years experience in electrical and/or carpentry maintenance. Experience in boiler operations.
