Job Description

High School Full Time Position with Benefits 3 :00pm - 11:30pm
Job Summary:
Provide custodial and maintenance support for school district buildings, grounds, and equipment to provide for a clean and healthy environment for students and staff
WORK REQUIREMENTS AND CHARACTERISTICS
Education/Certification /
Licensure:
High School Diploma or equivalent Boiler license appropriate to assigned building preferred Valid Minnesota driver's license
Experience:
Custodial experience preferred Experience with boilers preferred
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
General cleaning knowledge Basic math and computer skills Ability to safely work with chemicals Knowledge of proper lifting technique Knowledge of operation of equipment that is required in performance of the job Ability to inter-relate with others and present a positive interaction with public, peers and administration in all communications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Position requires exercising confidentiality in handling district information
