INTRODUCTION

We are a premier window cleaning company specializing in large commercial and residential properties. We are looking for experienced Rope Access Window Cleaning Technicians to join our team. Prior Experience preferred but training will be provided. Ability to work at extreme heights is a must. Previous Experience with bosun chair is beneficial. If you do not have experience, we will train the "right" candidate(s). We provide safe training following industry best practices. All of our crews leave from our facility, in company trucks, with company provided tools needed to complete any work order that a crew is assigned. You would be utilizing a variety of cleaning access methods include

• bosun chair, aerial/boom lift and water fed pole.

Our crews travel all over the Twin Cities Metro Area cleaning windows at large commercial projects. Why Clean and Clear? CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Traveling with a coworker in company trucks to commercial properties. Cleaning windows, Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning and Roof Washing in a safe and professional manner according to the techniques learned during training. Our office is located in Golden Valley off of Hwy 55 and Hwy 169. All crews leave from our facility, in company trucks, with company provided tools needed to complete any assigned work order. Required Duties

• Clean windows on both high-rise and low-rise buildings Clean interior and exterior glass Work on ladders up to 32 feet Use a Water Fed Pole Drive Boom/Aerial lifts

COMPENSATION

New employees typically start between $22 to $30 an hour depending on experience. Bonuses

• We also offer bonuses and other incentives (we can discuss this more in-person) PTO

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Able to work Monday

• Friday. We generally start working around 8 am and work into the late afternoon (3-5 pm)
• Ladder work is a necessity. Must be comfortable at heights
• Bosun's chair experience a plus
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Ability to follow Safety Procedures and OSHA Guidelines
• Must have reliable transportation
