Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Post Construction Cleaner, where you'll play a vital role in transforming freshly completed buildings into spotless, welcoming spaces. Your energetic approach and keen eye for detail will ensure that every surface shines and all debris is thoroughly removed, setting the stage for clients to enjoy their new environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, rewarding process that celebrates cleanliness and precision. Whether working on residential or commercial projects, your efforts will directly contribute to the successful completion of construction projects and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of newly constructed or renovated spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to achieve a pristine finish. Remove debris, leftover materials, and construction waste from job sites safely and efficiently. Clean windows, glass surfaces, fixtures, and appliances to ensure clarity and shine. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to meet health standards and client expectations. Conduct detailed floor care procedures such as carpet cleaning, polishing, waxing, or sealing floors as needed. Ensure all tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies are properly maintained and stored after use. Collaborate with project managers or supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning services such as residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work or hotel housekeeping management. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry services. Strong attention to detail with an energetic attitude towards completing tasks efficiently. Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills to communicate professionally with clients or team members when needed. Prior experience in custodial work or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
