SCHEDULE
Primarily mid-after and evening hours between September and May.
JOB DUTIES
Mopping Sweeping Carpet extracting Vacuuming Dusting Painting Washing walls, windows and sanitary fixtures Unloading and distributing freight Minor grounds maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS
Good communication skills Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and tools
SALARY:
Daytime custodian.............................$19.50 per hour Evening and weekend custodian.......$20.50 per hour Head Custodian.................................$24.00 per hour Earned Sick & Safe Time (in accordance with MN Statute 181.9446)
