Residential Cleaner / Cleaning Technician - Part-Time Full Spectrum Cleaning is a growing, locally owned cleaning company serving Shakopee and nearby communities. We are hiring multiple dependable, detail-oriented cleaners who want flexible part-time work and the opportunity to grow with the company. This is an hourly employee position. Hours may begin part-time and vary based on customer demand and your availability. As we grow, there will be opportunities for additional hours and advancement into crew-lead, training, scheduling, and management responsibilities. PAY $19-$23 per hour, depending on experience, reliability, and ability to work independently.

SCHEDULE

Approximately 10-20 hours per week to start Primarily weekday daytime work Occasional evening or weekend jobs may be available Hours may increase as our customer base grows No guaranteed full-time hours initially

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform residential recurring, deep, move-in/move-out, and occasional commercial cleaning Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and other assigned spaces Dust surfaces, furniture, baseboards, doors, trim and fixtures Vacuum carpets, stairs and upholstery Sweep and mop hard-surface flooring Clean mirrors, glass, sinks, showers, tubs and toilets Clean inside appliances, cabinets and drawers when included in the job Follow room-by-room instructions and company cleaning standards Safely use cleaning products and equipment Protect customers' homes and belongings Communicate concerns, damage or additional cleaning needs promptly Take completion photos when required Work efficiently independently and as part of a team

QUALIFICATIONS

Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Able to follow instructions and complete a checklist Comfortable working independently and with a cleaning team Professional and respectful inside customers' homes Reliable transportation to job locations Valid driver's license Working smartphone for scheduling and communication Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach and perform repetitive cleaning tasks Able to lift and carry approximately 30 pounds Residential or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required Must be willing to complete a background check if offered the position
