Overview Join our dynamic team as a Window Cleaning and Power Washing Field Service Technician! Responsibilities Perform window cleaning on various commercial buildings using professional tools and techniques to achieve a spotless finish. Conduct power washing of building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces to remove dirt, grime, mold, and stains effectively. Operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Prepare work sites by setting up necessary equipment and ensuring all safety protocols are followed before beginning cleaning tasks. Maintain detailed records of completed jobs, including locations serviced and work performed, for client reports and quality assurance. Communicate clearly with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each project. Follow all safety guidelines related to working at heights, operating machinery, and handling cleaning chemicals to ensure a secure work environment. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial services, custodial work, or commercial cleaning is highly preferred. Ability to operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely; certification is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on every job. Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment or supplies, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact professionally with clients.
