Pay:

$19.00 per hour

Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM (40 hours/week) Apply here: https://www.kleen-tech.com/careers#comp-k73nolkq Kleen-Tech Services LLC , is seeking an experienced Janitorial Area Lead to oversee custodial operations for Rochester, MN sites. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines janitorial expertise with team supervision to ensure high-quality cleaning standards. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. $400 bonus after 180 days Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead custodial staff across assigned locations Train employees on cleaning procedures, safety, and equipment use Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct quality inspections Ensure proper inventory of supplies and maintain site appearance Perform general cleaning duties as needed (restrooms, floors, trash, dusting, etc.) Requirements Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR check Leadership experience preferred Experience with professional cleaning equipment Strong attention to detail and leadership skills Flexible schedule, including availability for holidays as needed
