A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Casual work attire On-the-job training Relaxed atmosphere Lively atmosphere Growth opportunities The Janitorial Custodian will work closely with the Facility Maintenance, GM and other employees as needed to perform various tasks and assignments as needed. Attention to detail, precision and efficiency are essential. High quality standards must always be maintained to ensure that all aspects of any processes being performed are accurate. Essential Functions and Responsibilities (This list is not intended to be all inclusive)- Ensuring the building and grounds are kept tidy, clean and well-maintained.
- Sweeping, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, offices and all other areas of the facility.
- Emptying trash in facility and assisting Facility Maintenance with all other tasks as needed. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, lifting, walking, standing, some bending/crouching, stooping, stretching, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions
- Must be able to stand/sit for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.
- Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder to stock or bring product down from storage or racks.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) and must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with plants and products.

- High school diploma, GED graduate, preferred.
- Previous agricultural/warehouse/manufacturing/laborer experience a plus.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must pass all required background checks.
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal & company regulations for working in the industry.
- Must be approved by the state of Missouri to receive and maintain an Agent badge.
