Hallmark Stone is looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Janitorial / Custodian employee. We are an industrial manufacturing facility that produces stone countertops. Our production area consists of three large bays that require daily cleaning and maintenance to keep the facility safe, clean, and operating efficiently. Job Responsibilities Clean floors throughout the production areas on a daily basis Clean and maintain structures, work areas, and manufacturing equipment Operate floor-cleaning equipment and power washers Remove dirt, dust, stone debris, and other materials from production areas Clean additional areas and equipment as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work independently and complete assigned cleaning duties efficiently and on time Follow all company safety procedures and properly use cleaning equipment What We're Looking For Self-motivated and able to work independently Reliable and dependable Punctual and consistent Trustworthy Able to work efficiently and manage your time Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment Must have reliable transportation Previous janitorial, custodial, industrial cleaning, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements This position involves regular physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around manufacturing equipment. The ability to perform physical cleaning tasks in an industrial environment is required. Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
