environment Job Summary PROMAN Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Industrial Custodian for a manufacturing facility in Festus, MO. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the facility, including production areas, warehouses, offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas. Responsibilities Clean and maintain manufacturing floors, production areas, warehouse spaces, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain facility floors Empty trash throughout the facility daily Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, toilets, and fixtures Replenish restroom supplies Clean breakroom tables, counters, appliances, and employee areas Dust and clean surfaces, doors, windows, and facility areas Maintain cleanliness around production equipment while following safety procedures Report spills, leaks, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions to management Follow proper procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment Maintain a safe and organized work area Assist the Maintenance Manager when needed Perform additional facility-related duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred Excellent attendance and punctuality required Ability to work independently and follow instructions Strong attention to detail Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and follow safety procedures Experience using floor scrubbers, shop vacuums, pressure washers, or similar equipment is a plus Benefits Upon Hire Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation 10 Paid Holidays Apply Today Resume and References Required
