$1600.00 per month Job description: About the Opportunity We're looking for a dependable independent cleaning contractor to provide recurring janitorial services for a local school. This is not an employee position . We're seeking a self-employed cleaning professional or small cleaning business who already operates independently and is looking to add a consistent monthly account. The work averages approximately 15 hours per week , divided over 5 service visits , with a fixed monthly payment of $1600 . Responsibilities Vacuum and mop floors Clean and sanitize restrooms Dust desks, furniture, and common areas Empty trash and replace liners Clean break room and kitchen surfaces Clean gym area and sanitize equipment Wipe high-touch surfaces including air vents Touch up glass doors and windows while also dusting window sills Maintain a clean, professional school appearance Contractor Requirements To be considered, you must: Operate as an independent contractor Provide your own cleaning equipment Provide your own cleaning chemicals and supplies Carry General Liability Insurance for commercial cleaning work Have reliable transportation Be dependable and able to consistently service the account on schedule Consent to a background check if requested by the client Compensation $1600 per month Approximately 15 hours of work per week Monday - Friday afternoon schedule Long-term recurring contract opportunity Ideal Candidate This opportunity is ideal for: An established independent cleaner A solo cleaning business Someone looking to add a reliable recurring commercial account A cleaning company wanting to fill unused capacity during the week Please Note This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position , not a W-2 employee position. Pay:
