Traveling Site-to-Site Position The Facilities Services Technician maintains the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of company offices, shops, restrooms, breakrooms, and shared workspaces. This position travels between multiple company locations throughout Missouri and follows a weekly cleaning schedule for assigned facilities. The technician is expected to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete assigned duties within established timelines. A company vehicle is provided. A valid Class E driver's license, acceptable driving record, and MVR check are required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Travel to assigned company facilities and complete scheduled cleaning duties. Clean offices, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, supply rooms, and shop office spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors, carpets, and rugs. Clean and disinfect desks, door handles, phones, shared equipment, furniture, fixtures, windows, mirrors, walls, and other surfaces. Empty trash and recycling bins. Stock and maintain restrooms, breakrooms, and supply areas. Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the appropriate supervisor when products need to be reordered. Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment as needed. Report unsafe conditions, maintenance concerns, or facility issues. Maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout assigned facilities. Required Qualifications Ability to obtain Class E license Ability to travel between company locations throughout Missouri. Previous commercial, office, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities cleaning experience preferred. Ability to work independently and remain productive throughout the day. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Ability to complete assigned work according to a set schedule. Professional communication skills. Flexibility to support changing facility and office needs. Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning products. Willingness to learn and support a growing company.
