Industrial Cleaning Team

•Cleaners, Leads & Supervisors Tuesday 10/13/26 9:30am to 2:30pm! We are currently hiring Clean Team Members, Lead Cleaners, and Supervisors to join our team at a local food manufacturing facility.

Pay:

$16.00

•$17.50 per hour Pay will be based on position, experience, and qualifications.

THE SCHEDULE

We work a rotating 2/2/3 schedule , providing a predictable schedule and no mandatory overtime . Week 1: 3 scheduled days

•36 hours Week 2: 4 scheduled days

•48 hours Then the schedule rotates No mandatory overtime 3-day weekend every other week The schedule provides consistency while giving you regular extended time off.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Our Clean Team is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within a busy food manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning and sanitizing floors, walls, equipment, production areas, and other facility surfaces. Operating cleaning equipment and using cleaning chemicals safely and properly. Performing industrial and food-production sanitation duties. Working safely in a warehouse and production environment, including narrow aisles and tight work areas. Following established sanitation procedures and food-processing requirements. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. Working as part of a team to complete sanitation responsibilities efficiently and on schedule. Following all company safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for dependable people who: Take pride in their work and understand the importance of doing a job correctly. Can work in a physically demanding environment. Have good attendance and a strong work ethic. Can work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Pay attention to detail. Can follow instructions, safety procedures, and sanitation requirements. Work well with others and communicate effectively. Have previous commercial, industrial, sanitation, food-production, or warehouse experience preferred, but not required for all positions . Are interested in learning and taking on additional responsibility.

LEAD & SUPERVISOR OPPORTUNITIES

We are also looking for individuals with prior leadership or sanitation experience who are interested in Lead or Supervisor opportunities.

Leadership candidates should be comfortable:

Leading and motivating a team. Assigning, assisting and monitoring work. Maintaining sanitation and quality standards. Training and coaching employees. Communicating with facility management. Holding team members accountable for performance, safety, attendance, and quality. Working independently and making sound decisions when needed.
