This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive on delivering exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards in high-end environments. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will ensure that every space is spotless, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards, creating a pristine environment for clients and guests alike. Your keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in elevating our service quality and client satisfaction. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across luxury residences, event venues, and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization. Execute specialized cleaning procedures such as window washing, pressure washing exteriors, and floor care to maintain impeccable presentation. Handle laundry services for linens, towels, and other fabric items with care and efficiency. Operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to proper chemical handling protocols. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and implementing infection control procedures. Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately during all cleaning activities to ensure safety for yourself and others. Conduct heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment safely during deep cleans or setup/teardown for events. Manage custodial tasks such as waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards before client or guest arrival. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in luxury residential or commercial settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in window cleaning, pressure washing, floor care (including polishing and stripping), and sanitation techniques. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, their proper handling, storage, and disposal to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Experience operating cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor buffers, pressure washers, and other specialized equipment. Strong understanding of infection control practices relevant to high-end environments or public spaces. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with proper technique to prevent injury. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients or guests during service delivery.
