Maintenance Person About the Position This position is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise restaurant. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA and is solely responsible for employment matters at this restaurant, including hiring, discipline, supervision, staffing, scheduling, and termination. Responsibilities may include:

+ Filtering fryer oil as required

+ Maintaining exterior grounds and parking areas

+ Cleaning restaurant equipment

+ Cleaning interior and exterior windows

+ Cleaning stock rooms and restrooms

+ Supporting general restaurant cleanliness

+ Unloading delivery trucks

+ Removing trash and operating the trash compactor

+ Replacing light bulbs

+ Cleaning HVAC and exhaust areas

+ Removing debris from designated roof areas

+ Identifying maintenance or equipment concerns and communicating them to management

+ Assisting with other cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed What We're Looking For Previous maintenance experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for someone who:

+ Is dependable and takes pride in their work

+ Can work independently and manage assigned tasks

+ Pays attention to cleanliness and detail

+ Is comfortable performing hands-on cleaning and maintenance work

+ Can safely use cleaning supplies, tools, and restaurant equipment

+ Works well with Managers and other restaurant employees
