Where You'll Make a Difference- Perform daily sanitation activities according to the Master Sanitation Schedule.
- Clean production areas, equipment, and facility surfaces following established procedures.
- Assist with cleaning production equipment after manufacturing runs to support operational readiness.
- Operate Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) systems to properly clean and sanitize equipment components.
- Clean and sanitize drums using designated drum washing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of production areas, employee facilities, and office spaces.
- Clean and maintain facility drains to help prevent microbial growth and ensure sanitation compliance.
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. What Makes You the Right Fit
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to follow sanitation procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.

- Previous sanitation experience in manufacturing, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or chemical environment.
- Experience handling industrial cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment.
