Floor Care Aide Pay Rate:

$18.75/hr

Duration:

13 weeks

Expected Shift:

40 hrs/week 7am to 4:30pm will rotate every other weekend

SUMMARY Job Description/Responsibilities:

The Housekeeper is an environmental services worker who is responsible for daily Floor Care services as assigned, using procedures as outlined by the hospital or service organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs routine cleaning activities in patient, public and common areas using prescribed, established cleaning process.
• Performs discharge cleaning process in inpatient rooms and prepares room for next admission.
• Performs room set up and changes as needed.
• Keeps equipment dean and functional according to procedure.
• Notifies supervisor or manager of any equipment, furniture, or building fixtures that are in need of maintenance.
• BJC has determined this is a safety-sensitive position.

The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job. At least one year experience working within Floor Care and Finishing Our client is the one of the largest Healthcare Staffing Provider in the United States, to be assigned at one of their affiliated hospitals/healthcare facilities.
