The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning over our apartments after move outs and ensuring they are move-in ready. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of our apartments including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming and mopping Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet cleanliness standards Utilize our app to communicate with our team, receive job updates, and pay Qualifications Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a huge plus. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to navigate a smart phone app Adequate time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Friendly demeanor when interacting with members of our team Knowledge of sanitation practices and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
