Commercial Night Cleaner - Washington, MO$22-$25 per Hour | Monday-Friday | Weekly Pay Housewife Cleaners is growing, and we are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals to join our expanding Commercial Cleaning Division in Washington, Missouri. This is a full-time, year-round position cleaning a large industrial manufacturing and office facility. You will enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday evening schedule, competitive pay, paid training, and opportunities to advance as our commercial division grows. Position Highlights $22.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Approximately 35-40 hours per week Monday-Friday, 5:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m. Weekly pay W-2 employment Paid training $250 monthly medical and wellness stipend Performance bonuses and attendance incentives All cleaning equipment and supplies provided Opportunities to advance into Team Lead and Supervisor roles Supportive, family-oriented company culture What You'll Do You will help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout the facility.
Responsibilities include:
Cleaning offices, conference rooms, common areas, and entryways Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms, and cafeteria areas Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors Dusting surfaces, fixtures, vents, and ledges Emptying trash and recycling Cleaning interior glass Restocking and monitoring cleaning supplies Following detailed cleaning checklists and safety procedures Reporting maintenance or safety concerns Working independently and alongside other team members Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Dependable and punctual Self-motivated and able to work independently Detail-oriented and proud of producing quality work Professional in appearance and communication Comfortable working in a large industrial environment Able to follow written cleaning procedures and safety guidelines A positive team member who can be counted on Commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but it is not required. We provide paid training for candidates who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Position Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass a background check Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb stairs throughout the shift Availability to work Monday-Friday from 5:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m. Why Housewife Cleaners?
