Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Janitor, 3rd Shift - Washington, MO Canam Steel Corporation United States, Missouri, Washington 2000 West Main Street (Show on map) Aug 13, 2026
We are looking for self-motivated and safety-conscious candidates who would like to join our production/maintenance team. employees can potentially earn $65K in total compensation when working at Canam Steel Corp for a 50-hour work week. This includes the base rate, overtime and production bonuses. Previous janitorial experience preferred.
Provide excellent customer service by maintaining the cleanliness of the site.
- Clean up scrap metal and other materials from around the production lines; collect and properly dispose of other waste materials resulting from steel fabrication process.
- Assist with maintaining a clean warehouse and shipping yard, including sweeping and trash removal.
- Occasionally use overhead crane to move materials on production floor.
- Perform all job duties to meet all quality standards and in a safe manner according to CSC's safety program.
- Forklift experience a plus
- Perform other custodial duties as required by supervisor.
