Professional Commercial Cleaning Technician

Join Our Commercial Division!! Housewife Cleaners is expanding our commercial cleaning team and is seeking dependable professionals to help maintain a large industrial manufacturing facility. Position Overview You'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout a large manufacturing and office facility while following established cleaning procedures and safety standards.

Daily responsibilities may include:

Cleaning offices, conference rooms, and common areas Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Breakroom and cafeteria cleaning Dusting surfaces, vents, ledges, and fixtures Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors Emptying trash and recycling Cleaning interior glass and entryways Maintaining supply inventories Reporting maintenance or safety concerns Following detailed cleaning checklists Working independently and as part of a team What We Offer $22.00-$25.00/hour Weekly Pay W-2 Employment Paid Training Professional uniforms provided All equipment and supplies provided $250 Monthly Medical & Wellness Stipend Performance bonuses Attendance incentives Flexible scheduling when possible Advancement opportunities into Team Lead and Supervisor positions Supportive, family-oriented company culture Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Self-motivated Detail-oriented Professional in appearance and communication Able to work independently Comfortable working in an industrial environment Able to follow written procedures and safety guidelines Commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We provide paid training for the right candidate.
