Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Part-time; evening and weekend availability may be required Perfection Enterprise LLC is seeking dependable and experienced commercial cleaners to service client accounts in Batesville, Senatobia, and Sardis, Mississippi. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Contractors will be responsible for completing assigned cleaning services thoroughly, professionally, and according to each client's requirements. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can complete assignments with limited supervision. Cleaning supplies and equipment are provided by Perfection Enterprise LLC. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces Empty trash and replace liners Clean mirrors, glass, doors, and other high-touch surfaces Restock designated restroom and cleaning supplies Follow account-specific cleaning instructions and checklists Report maintenance concerns, damage, or supply shortages Secure the property after completing assigned work Maintain reliable attendance and complete work within the scheduled time Qualifications Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred Dependable transportation to accounts in Batesville, Senatobia, and Sardis Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills Ability to work independently and follow written instructions Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to safely lift cleaning supplies, bend, reach, stand, and walk throughout the shift Professional attitude and respectful communication Smartphone access for site access, scheduling, and work-related communication Must be willing to complete any required background screening Independent Contractor Requirements Contractors are responsible for their own transportation, taxes, and other obligations associated with independent contractor work.
