A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
We are seeking independent janitorial contractors and commercial cleaning businesses to service several small retail locations throughout Mississippi. Contractors may service one location or accept multiple locations within a geographic area they can reliably cover. Contract Opportunity Independent-contractor or business-to-business arrangement Long-term account Service performed every other week, approximately two visits per month Payment issued per location Anticipated compensation: $50-$150 per location per month Final rate will depend on the approved scope, location and service requirements Contractors may accept multiple nearby locations Anticipated Cleaning Requirements Each retail location averages approximately 3,500 square feet. Based on the information currently available, each visit is expected to take approximately 30-60 minutes.
