Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities. The Schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday 5:30p-9:30p or 6p-10p. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas Conduct detailed cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met Operate specialized equipment such as floor buffers and polishers for floor care and buffing tasks Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing Perform custodial tasks such as window washing, carpet cleaning, and minor repairs as needed Follow safety protocols related to industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance Assist with light maintenance tasks including painting touch-ups or minor repairs when required Ensure all work areas are kept organized and free of hazards Skills Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles, including commercial or industrial cleaning Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, and sealing floors Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures Ability to perform residential painting or light maintenance tasks is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily cleaning tasks effectively This position is vital in maintaining the cleanliness standards of our facilities.
