Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming. Maintain floors through regular care, including buffing and polishing as needed. Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. Provide custodial services in commercial buildings; ensuring all spaces are clean and welcoming. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any issues or repairs needed to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Strong knowledge of floor care techniques is a plus. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment. Ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness in all areas. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
