Competitive, based on the job and scope of work About the Opportunity We are looking for reliable, experienced cleaning subcontractors to provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout MS. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual cleaner or established cleaning business looking for flexible work and consistent cleaning opportunities . What You'll Do Perform residential and commercial cleaning services. Complete routine, deep-clean, move-in/move-out, and turnover cleanings. Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize, and remove trash. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces. Follow client instructions and established cleaning standards. Complete jobs on time and maintain high-quality results. Communicate professionally with customers and the scheduling team. Report damages, maintenance concerns, or special cleaning requirements. Take before-and-after photos when requested. Requirements Previous professional cleaning experience preferred. Active General Liability insurance required. Workers' Compensation insurance required where applicable, and proof of coverage must be provided. Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license. Smartphone with reliable internet access. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule. Strong attention to detail and professional customer service. Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs and perform physical cleaning duties. Must be dependable, punctual, and responsive. Must be willing to complete a background check, if required. Business subcontractors (owners) and independent subcontractors are both welcome to apply. Subcontractor Equipment Subcontractors should have their own basic professional cleaning equipment and supplies, including items such as: Vacuum Mop and bucket Microfiber cloths Cleaning chemicals Basic cleaning tools Protective gloves and other appropriate PPE Service Area Work may be available throughout Olive Branch, MS and surrounding areas, including nearby, Southern Memphis cities.
