This role offers a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals with management experience to contribute to a vibrant environment. As a Part-Time Manager, you will oversee store activities, motivate staff, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee and manage Janitorial staff, including training and Performance management Ensure all cleaning duties are completed according to company standards and client expectations Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain quality control Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies procedures, safety policies ,and compliance standards Coordinate shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff productivity to optimize store performance. Coordinate deep cleaning ,special projects , team assignments Handle employee issues, attendance, and disciplinary actions when necessary. Skills

• Previous experience in Janitorial or Facilities management
• Strong Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple job sites
• Reliable Transportation
• Good communication and problem solving skills
