Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including commercial spaces, and residential properties. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained. Conduct commercial cleaning duties in offices, hotels, or other facilities as assigned. Launder linens, towels, and other items as needed to maintain cleanliness standards. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently to ensure availability for daily tasks. Supervise cleaning staff when required, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery. Assist in housekeeping management by following established protocols and procedures for cleanliness and safety. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests or clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided. Skills Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment usage. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. Leadership skills with the capability to supervise cleaning teams when necessary. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices within the hospitality industry is an advantage. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
