Job Overview Spruce Cleaning Services is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Members to join our growing team. We provide residential, commercial, and short-term rental cleaning throughout the Flathead Valley, with a focus on consistent, maintenance-based service. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling or the option of doing Part-Time . ideal for someone looking for the opportunity to grow with a reliable local company. Duties Perform routine cleaning of homes, offices, and short-term rentals Follow clear checklists and company standards Maintain attention to detail in all areas (floors, bathrooms, kitchens, surfaces) Work efficiently and respectfully in client spaces Communicate clearly with team members and management Requirements Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and dependability Ability to work independently and stay on task Ability to communicate and work closely with a team Attention to detail and pride in your work Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
