Job Description

Cleaning Professional — Paid Training Pathway Serenade Cleaning Billings, MT Job Details Part-time | Full-time $15 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid training Qualifications On-the-job training (training delivery method) House cleaning assistance Residential housekeeping Laundry Hands-on training Full Job Description This isn't a typical cleaning job application. Yes, we're looking for new people to join Serenade Cleaning. But our hiring process looks a little different. Rather than interviewing someone, handing them a schedule, and hoping everything works out, we begin by getting to know one another and learning the craft together. We're opening our doors to a new group of people who are interested in learning how we care for homes, experiencing the way Serenade works, and discovering whether this is a good fit for both of us. You'll begin in The Grove The Grove is Serenade's developing hands-on training experience. You'll learn alongside experienced members of our field team in real homes. Each training experience builds on the one before it as you learn not only how we clean, but how we notice a home, care for it, work with others, communicate, and leave a space better than we found it. Your training time is paid. Completing training does not automatically guarantee ongoing placement with Serenade. The purpose of this process is for both of us to discover whether you're ready and interested in continuing into field opportunities with our team. You may really enjoy this if you... Like working with your hands and seeing the result of your work. Notice things other people sometimes miss. Enjoy learning and getting better at a craft. Can receive guidance without taking it personally. Care about doing something well, even when nobody is watching. Communicate when something changes. Understand that showing up when you've committed to being somewhere matters. Like the idea of joining a small team where people actually know and support one another. Don't need to already be an expert cleaner. We can teach cleaning. We're much more interested in how you show up. What happens after you apply? Our process has a few steps, and that's intentional. You'll first be invited to learn a little more about Serenade and our hiring and training process. If what you hear still sounds like something you'd like to explore, you'll complete our Serenade application. From there, selected applicants will be invited into a small group conversation with members of our team. Some will then be invited to participate in our next paid Grove training experience. After training, we'll talk together about what comes next and whether continuing into Serenade field opportunities makes sense. One more time, because this part matters: This is not a traditional "apply → interview → you're hired" process. It's an invitation to explore Serenade, learn with us, let us get to know you, and see what develops from there. If that sounds refreshing rather than strange, you might be exactly the kind of person we'd like to meet. Apply to begin.
