With Purple Squirrel you get:

$16/hour to start based on experience & performance Scheduling flexibility with mostly night/evening shifts

• You tell us the days you can work and we will schedule you for those days if they are available The opportunity to be part of a growing company & the potential to move up Performance based raise after your first 90-days

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and high traffic areas
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:

• Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred
• Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques is a plus
• Familiarity with hotel or residential cleaning standards is beneficial
• Ability to manage time and complete tasks efficiently and effectively

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods of time
