Position Overview We're hiring a Residential Cleaner to join our team. You'll work in homes across Bozeman and surrounding areas, typically in teams of two. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated , and who may be interested in growing into a lead or management position over time . Key Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing) Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Follow client-specific instructions and preferences Work efficiently with a teammate to complete jobs on time Maintain a professional and positive attitude Report supply or maintenance needs Ensure all work meets Queen Clean quality standards Requirements Cleaning experience preferred (residential or similar) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Availability Monday-Friday between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Physically able to bend, lift (25 lbs), kneel, and reach Fluent in English Reliable, punctual, and professional Preferred (Not Required) Interest in growing into a lead or management role Willingness to occasionally assist with commercial or construction cleaning jobs Compensation & Benefits Starting at $23/hour (with opportunities for raises based on performance) Tips from clients (additional earning potential) Weekly pay Bonus Opportunities $100 bonus after first 100 hours worked Additional performance-based bonuses (quality, reliability, team contribution) Benefits Paid time off Flexible scheduling Paid training Opportunities for advancement Referral program Supportive and team-oriented work environment Growth Opportunity We prioritize promoting from within.
