We serve commercial, residential, construction, and specialty cleaning clients, providing tailored services with clear communication and high standards. Position Overview The Cleaning Specialist I is a hands-on, adaptable role that supports a wide range of residential and commercial cleaning projects. This position works closely with other team members to deliver consistent, high-quality results across multiple job sites. The Cleaning Specialist I brings attention to detail to a wide array of cleaning techniques, delivering thorough top-to-bottom cleaning service for commercial and residential buildings. This role requires travel between sites using a personal vehicle and occasional out-of-town projects, with openness to carpooling when applicable.Cleaning Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning across commercial, residential, construction, move-out, and specialty projects. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and stairs. Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and fixtures. Clean sinks, countertops, appliances, break rooms, and common areas. Dust, wipe, and detail offices, furniture, walls, windowsills, mirrors, and glass surfaces. Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, handrails, elevator buttons, and shared equipment. Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and restock supplies as needed. Perform heavy cleaning, detailed work, and special projects as assigned. Assist with job setup, breakdown, and transitions between sites.Equipment and Supplies:
Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment including vacuums, carpet cleaners, floor machines, and other tools. Properly label, dilute, and use cleaning chemicals according to company and safety standards. Monitor supply levels and report equipment repair needs promptly.Teamwork, Travel, and Support:
Travel between job sites using a personal vehicle. Occasionally travel to out-of-town sites, with openness to carpooling when needed. Work independently or collaboratively with team members.
