A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Montana Yard Butler is hiring dependable, hardworking team members for the upcoming snow season and fall property cleanups. We are currently hiring for the following positions: Snow Plow Truck Driver Sidewalk Snow Removal Crew Member Snow Loader Operator Property Cleanup Crew Member When applying, please let us know which position or positions you are interested in. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary depending on the position and may include: Operating snowplow trucks, loaders, snowblowers, and other snow-removal equipment Plowing parking lots, roadways, and residential or commercial properties Shoveling and clearing sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and other designated areas Applying ice melt or other deicing products as directed Completing fall and spring property cleanups Removing leaves, branches, and other outdoor debris Loading, hauling, and properly disposing of debris Performing basic equipment inspections and reporting maintenance or safety concerns Following assigned routes, job instructions, and safety procedures Communicating clearly with supervisors and other crew members Working efficiently while maintaining high-quality service Qualifications Applicants must: Have a valid driver's license Have reliable transportation to and from work Have a clean background history and an acceptable driving record Be dependable, hardworking, and able to arrive on time Have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team Be a quick learner who can follow instructions Be willing to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities Be able to work safely in cold, snowy, and changing weather conditions Be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive outdoor work Be available for early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays when winter weather requires it Be willing to remain available and respond promptly during snow events Previous snow-removal, landscaping, commercial driving, heavy-equipment, or loader experience is preferred. Appropriate equipment experience is required for some operator positions. Schedule Snow-removal work is weather-dependent and requires flexibility. Team members must be prepared to work when snow events occur, which may include overnight hours, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Property cleanup work will be scheduled based on workload and weather conditions. Pay Pay ranges from $24 to $40 per hour and is based on the position, relevant experience, equipment-operating ability, availability, and overall qualifications.
