This is a year-round position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. If you take pride in creating clean and welcoming spaces, we want to hear from you. If you like a quiet, low-stress environment and can work independently, this is a perfect fit! Duties Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards and checklists. Change bed linens, make beds, and arrange towels to hotel standard if needed. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with colleagues. Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
