Key Responsibilities Perform thorough, high-standard cleaning of Airbnb/STR properties between guests Deep cleaning including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, linens (depending on property), and all surfaces Restock amenities and ensure properties meet our strict quality standards Drive between multiple properties in a day Work flexible hours - mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed Ability to work solo on some jobs or as part of a small team on others What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in doing high-quality work Excellent physical fitness - this is very physical work (lifting, bending, moving furniture, stairs, etc.) Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (you'll drive between properties) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Team player when needed Previous experience cleaning Short-Term Rentals (STRs) or Airbnbs is a major plus!
