Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces. Apply detailing techniques to ensure vehicles are spotless and meet quality standards. Utilize appropriate cleaning products and equipment to achieve optimal results. Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify areas needing special attention or repairs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment. Assist with additional tasks as needed, including janitorial duties or custodial experience when required. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash services is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with detailing techniques such as buffing and window tinting is a plus. Experience in cleaning or janitorial roles can be beneficial. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this position.
